Month 1 Comes to an End – (ETF Performance)
With the first month of the new year now in the record books let’s look at the performance of our database of ETFs (~700). For comparison purposes the Dow +3.57%, NASDAQ Composite +7.94%, NASDAQ-100 +8.23%, and the S&P-500 +4.41%.

The difference between the month column and the year-to-date column is simply that we use the previous 21 trading days to replicate a moving month and not the calendar. With holidays this January had 20 trading days.
