Overseas markets ending the week on a weak note: Nikkei 225 -1.96%, Hang Seng -0.43%, Shanghai -1.70% DAX -1.07% and the FTSE 100 -0.74%

At about 7:15 AM ET, the futures are indicating a follow through to yesterday’s sell off, ending the week on a sour note: Dow -68, S&P -9, NAZ -13, Oil -$1.12 and Gold -$3.20
