Overseas markets are beginning the new month on a positive note, Asia more so than Europe: Nikkei 225 +0.45%, Hang Seng +2.37%, Shanghai +1.18%, DAX +0.97%, and the FTSE 100 +0.17%
At about 7:45 AM ET ahead of the personal income and outlays report and in line somewhat with overseas markets the futures are better: Dow +35, S&P +3.4, NAZ +7.7, Oil -$0.05 and Gold +$3.20
