Overseas markets are flat this morning: Nikkei 225 -0.80%, Hang Seng -1.07%, Shanghai +0.71%, DAX -0.16% , and the FTSE 100 -0.19%.
At about 7:50 AM ET the futures are also flat except for Oil apparently attempting the $70 level once again: Dow +6, S&P +1.2, NAZ +2.5, Oil +$1.05 and Gold +$1.30.
